Shameca K. Brown, MPA, is a nonprofit and community impact strategist, program developer, consultant, and two-time founder with more than a decade of experience turning community needs into programs, organizations, partnerships, and systems designed for impact.

Her career has been shaped by a simple observation: organizations often have the passion and the ideas, but lack the structure, strategy, resources, and systems needed to turn those ideas into sustainable programs.

So she builds.

Shameca has developed and co-developed programs across behavioral health, youth and young adult services, school-based mental health, higher education, workforce development, and community initiatives. Her experience spans program design and implementation, organizational operations, partnerships, policy, training, compliance, and community engagement.

As the founder of Integrated Mental Health and Harrison Hope, Shameca has experienced firsthand what it takes to move an idea from concept to implementation—and the importance of building organizations that can sustain the work beyond the initial vision.

Today, through her consulting work, Shameca helps nonprofit and mission-driven leaders turn ideas into stronger programs and stronger organizations. She works alongside leaders to strengthen program design, organizational development, grant readiness, sustainability, revenue diversification, strategic partnerships, and operational systems.

Shameca holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and has participated in leadership and entrepreneurship programs including the Aspen Healthy Communities Fellowship, Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell, and other leadership initiatives.
