Shameca K. Brown is a purpose-driven business consultant and mental health advocate who helps mental health professionals and organizations grow with strategy, heart, and lasting impact. With a sharp eye for systems and a deep commitment to community care, she guides providers through the challenges of launching, scaling, and sustaining their practices.

As the founder of Integrated Mental Health and Harrison Hope, Shameca has led both businesses to secure multi–six-figure funding—proof of her ability to turn vision into sustainable, mission-aligned results. She offers hands-on consulting in areas such as clinical operations, compliance, team development, and trauma-informed system design, always staying focused on solutions that empower people and transform care.

Known for her insight, resourcefulness, and follow-through, Shameca combines strategic thinking with compassion to support others in building organizations that heal and uplift. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell, as well as an Aspen Global Innovators Healthy Communities Fellow.
